What are the fees payable by CMT?
Fees payable by CMT are as follows:

Asset management fee: Comprises base fee of 0.25% per annum of Deposited Property and a performance fee of 4.25% per annum of net property income.

Property management fee payable to the property manager: 2.00% per annum of the gross revenue of the properties, 2.00% per annum of the net property income of the properties; and 0.50% per annum of the net property income of the property, in lieu of leasing commissions.

Trustee's fee - a maximum of 0.10% per annum of the Deposited Property (subject to a minimum sum of S$15,000 per month).
